The Met Office has yellow warnings for rain and wind for the start of Wednesday affecting Northern Ireland and the south west of England. In Northern Ireland the rain warning runs until 10am with the risk of flooding and disruption to travel. Similarly for the south west of England there is the potential of travel problems caused by wind and rain with the warning in place until 8am.
